Who are some of the key players we should watch for in this years high school soccer season?

Several from western Iowa (only those I've watched in person):
Eric Estrada - Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson
Jose Magana - Bishop Heelan Sioux City
Mitch Amundson - Sioux City East (GK big leg)

Aside from these, I am more interested in the metro players, or the ones seen more in the Des Moines area. Any players who may emerge this season?

Sol Keithley from des moines christian has to be a player to watch this season. He has hit a hot streak at the beginning of the year! Also another player to watch is Matt Dowie from Pella High school.

Interested to see Matt Dowie play this year. He signed a letter of intent with Northwestern correct?

Yes, he did sign a letter of intent to Northwestern in Orange City. Any metro teams? I know some players from Roosevelt and those schools have to have some standouts.

Is that the reason the CIML has won 3 out of the 5 state titles.

Last year not one CIML team won. It was Iowa city west, Xavier, and Regina

I wasn't aware I.C. Regina was in the MVC.

Their not but they also do not play in the CIML. I was proving that the last three state titles did not go to the CIML
