We’ve done consulting work with Siemens, and they have centralized accounts payable globally to India. They screwed up what account ID we should have been paid under and it took almost a year to get paid on a small project. We had the American Siemens area and regional project accounting managers pointedly demanding India fix the problem and pay us for weeks on end before we finally got paid. The American Siemens folk were beside themselves apologizing and embarrassed about how effed up their global accts payable department was after it got packed to India

No American names though, mostly like Ramacumongaza, Bhamavagstinky, Vikidotheadloser
