My son & his fiancée attend this church. We joined them last Thanksgiving and Christmas and RM was very impressive in his delivery of God's message.

That being said, what he did 40 years is unacceptable, disgusting, and reprehensible. He should have been fired, not allowed to resign. Even though forgiveness is a key component of my Christianity (even for your liberal mental disorder), my hope is he never is allowed to represent my Christ to the masses again.

Just like Jimmy Swaggart decades ago (who also was a good messenger), you don't kill the message because the messenger fails. Humans pretty much fvck up everything they touch, including 'religion' over spirituality. This is just one more example.
