We need your help. Saturday Feb 4th 2012 Chase Murray from Mid-Prairie wrestling team and his 3 siblings lost their parents to a fatal car accident on their way to watch Chase at the Clear Creek Amana Secionals.

Nicole, one of the couple’s four children, was also in the car but was not seriously injured.

A “Murray Family Fund” has been created for the children at Hills Bank and Trust Co. Donations may be sent by phone to any of the Hills Bank sites.

A dinner benefit and auction is being planned and auction items will be needed. Carol Horning, 319-653-2480 , is coordinating the event. Please help us to help them.

The Murray's were next door neighbors to some of our friends and I had met Mick a few times while pheasant hunting in that area. They were very highly regarded by everyone that knew them, this a true, true tragedy.

Thank you for posting the information on how others can help the family in this terribly difficult time.
