Overview:

Armstrong-Ringsted may have struggled to a three win season last year but there
is a chance for a big turn around this winter. The team returns four
players who spent time in the starting lineup and that experience will be very
beneficial as the season wears on. Leading the way for Armstrong-Ringsted
is Chris Walker. This talented senior averaged a double-double last year
and is a load to stop at 6-foot-4. Also keep an eye on the other returning
starters. If they can adapt quickly to a new offense put in this year, the
team has a great chance to at least double their win total.
