NICL Conference Results

Interesting enough, the CC coaches at Gladbrook-Reinbeck still can't figure out how to measure a Cross Country course, yet they still host the NICL Conference meet each year.

The Varsity girls results are reasonable, but the boys high school race appears short and the middle school was definitely short. Runners always seem to set their PR's there by 30 sec to a minute there each year. Not to mention a lot of guys run a time they can't run the splits for.

yeah I dont get how they can measure so wrong every year, kids usually win that race around 15:30 that cant break 16:10 most years, seems like it would be easy enough to measure out a course. It certainly doesnt help the runners as far as preparing for regular length couple days later for districts.
