It was impressive to watch... also Mechert tied Dan Reis's course record @ 16:28 - great time on a difficult course!

And JV went 1-4 with the #1 JV runner running same time as varsity #6.

I saw that. Plus, Dan ran his time at Districts - another month+ later in the season. Dan ran 15:45ish a week later in winning a state title and I think his district time, in some ways, was almost more impressive. I practiced on that course 3 or 4 nights a week all through high school, so I know precisely how outstanding those times are.
