Who are the experts? What do they mean by "very likely" and how does this prove that it didn't happen?
The fcking article blasts Elon for not providing proof of the fraud (by naming the people getting fraudulently paid I guess...which would be a crime) and the proof they offer is by calling unknown and unnamed people experts and then saying it's VERY LIKELY something else.

BTW, just for every law-abiding person on this boards edification, law enforcement is not required to produce a warrant for persons while attempting to serve said warrant in most states.
Exceptions...for a search warrant where LE are searching a premise for property or evidence, they must have the warrant, signed by a judge, in hand. Also some states require the same for an arrest warrant.
Why don't all states require the warrant in hand? Well you can blame the Dems for that too. Warrants contain private personal information or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) that must be protected in VERY specific ways at all times. That means the paper copy cannot be in a cops car or a soft copy on his phone. So we rarely, if ever, have it in hand.
We have to reasonably believe that such a warrant exists to execute it. We accomplish that by calling our communications departments and we run the persons PII. The dispatcher then looks in the secure system to verify the warrant and then they open the secure and locked file to put their hands on the original warrant (not a copy).
The Dems created this mess to make serving warrants more difficult for LE. It didn't work...it actually made it easier because now I'm not required, and am actually not allowed, to go back to the office and have the original warrant in my hands as I serve the warrant. Suck it criminals.

In most states (probably not New York), refusing to open the door until a warrant is presented will simply get your door kicked in....and it escalates the opportunity for violence, of course.
