As a fan of NEIA football I was wondering how this New Hampton team looks. Last year they were a mediocre team with a great running back. Wondering how this team can be any better than they were last year with losing their best running back and linemen. Please post any additional information or thoughts!

As a fan of NEIA football I was wondering how this New Hampton team looks. Last year they were a mediocre team with a great running back. Wondering how this team can be any better than they were last year with losing their best running back and linemen. Please post any additional information or thoughts!
Their win against Waukon was impressive. I'm not sure if Waukon played a bad game or not. This early in the season it's just too hard to tell. Very solid resume so far.

New Hampton is very good up front this year, Hopp is a 4 year starter, and they are always one of the most fundamentally sound teams you will face. I do know they have some not so athletic classes coming so it'll be interesting how they are the next couple of years.
The quarterback throws a good ball that can be deadly in high school football, especially when mixed with three solid receivers. They also have backs that can punch it into the end zone, and their résumé is solid with the week 2 win over Waukon. Not to be taken lightly.

NH Quarterback is very good. Definitely a difference maker. His older brother played QB a few years back and was exceptional. He only got to play his senior year which was a joke. He was definitely better then the player ahead of him. NHline is very good. I think they win the district. Could make a run.
