I don't think SuperHusker33 approached this with the correct context. The Iowa High School Athletic Association was scare of an all MAC FINAL! They were going to match up Dowling and Bettendorf at Williams Stadium but a superintendent from Western Iowa insisted that everything possible be done to avoid an all MAC final. Or something really close to that. I think...
