Ankeny. They return a lot of all conference players from last year. I can even see them beating Centennial.

schedules are like doing the slots in Vegas. Ankeny is one of those teams that hit the triple 7.

Dubuque Hempstead. They return a lot of talent from last year's 4-5 team and their schedule is very easy with Wahlert, Senior, Dav North, Dav West, Dav Central, and Muscatine on it. Their only two big challenges should be IC West and PV. 7or 8 wins is very possible.
