How good is this team? I watched them last year and they did not seem to be anything too special. Are they the real deal now? I just don't seem them coming close to teams like West Sioux.

Honestly it is difficult for me to say as I am not familiar with West Sioux. I would say their defense is improved over last year but probably more importantly their offense is much more balanced than in the past few years. Time will tell but they look very good. Best? Even top 3? Difficult to know till they play head to head.
285statechamp I did a little research on West Sioux and I must say I was pretty impressed. Not sure about their defense given they don't really play anyone, but their offensive production is pretty impressive nonetheless. Lynott is impressive!! Great passing. I imagine they would pose some matchup problems for anyone. WV has a very good run defense but their pass defense is still out, given they don't play many pass oriented teams.
