Looking over your districts pax I am thinking that MVAO goes from District 1 to District 8 and A/A goes from District 2 to District 1. It just makes more sense from a travel point of view. As you currently have it A/A's SHORTEST road trip one way is around 81 or 82 miles...7 more if you live in Aurelia. I would think the Boys in Boone have enough common sense to not let that happen. If they don't then I hope they reimburse for frequent bus miles. From an attendance perspective I would guarantee very very small crowds from the visiting teams at any A/A home games and equally miniscule attendance from A/A fans at their away games. (parents only if that)

Plotting the teams on a map revealed my internal map of Iowa was a little off. Having MVAO & A-A where you suggested made more sense once I could visualize the districts on a mapping program. Class A will have just 62 teams, so I placed seven teams in districts 4 & 5 due to a nice cluster of teams between the Des Moines & Iowa rivers to facilitate district crossover games.
