I am sure they have some players who would beg to differ on this.West branch is overmatched not enough horses to hang with Regina tonight. This definitely is the "weakest" Regina team in the last 7 years. But still very good. While the injuries do plague WB this year i don't know how much of a difference it would make with them healthy. Too hard too tell. WB just looks lathargic out there no emotion.
Regina really could have named the score in this one. The OL and DL were dominant. I know #62 is committed to UNI. However, #64 (Ries-Sr) and #69 (Sehl, Jr) were impressive also. Big strong kids, moved well. Really impressive front. Is Ries going anywhere to play? Is Sehl being looked at by anybody?Game was well over by that point. Regina had first and goal in the 4th and in a classy move pulled the starters and didn't score.
Many coaches probably reciprocate at that point and jog off the Seniors to big ovations on the next possession.
That final WB possession was just about padding some stats.
I don't really care, but we can be honest about that.
