When do Districts come out?

Not sure. We're only about halfway through the games that determine seeding. I don't know if they announce the districts first, then seeding later or just announce everything at once.

District pods are supposed to come out today. I'd guess early afternoon. Seedings won't come out yet

It's just 1A and 2A today that they are releasing, just the groupings or substates.. They will release 3A&4A substates next Friday. Then seeding meeting are the last Wednesday in January for 1A/2A and Feb. 7th for 3A&4A

I just hope the state does a better job than last year in pairing teams in the districts and substates. In 4A, IC West always gets a free walk to the tourney. Of course, who wants to play them? Maybe the state is doing a favor to other strong teams by doing this. In 3A, according to B.C. Moore's most recent power ratings, which by now are starting to be very accurate, the East has five of the top six teams in the power ratings. Rather than have half of them play each other, I hope the state spreads things out a little, geographically. I'm sure there are a lot of questionable situations in 2A and 1A, but I'd rather let the followers of those teams speak for their classes.
