Davenport North

I saw a post here about why Davenport West is so bad.

I have another question...what's the difference in Davenport North this year. Year after year of futilty has suddenly changed. Is it a new coach, a great player, etc.?

Well I think Coach Krusey (since 2016) has done an admirable job with a program which has struggled over the years. That said, IMHO this is not going to be a contending team even with it's current 5-2 record. In fact, they will more than likely lose this week (PV) and will be challenged next week (Muscatine). This is an improved North team and has an energetic head coach who can hopefully get the program competitive on a more consistent basis.
