Regina hires Matt Bolger:
"We are excited to announce (pending board approval) the hiring of Matt Bolger as the Head Girls Basketball Coach. Matt brings a youthful, energetic approach and proven experience as a head coach to our program. Most recently Matt has been the Women's Assistant Coach at Mt. Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. Matt started his coaching career at Iowa Valley where he was an assistant for one year. He then became the head coach and over the next four seasons took the team from 1-20 record to two conference championships. Matt then moved to St Louis where he successfully turned around a program at a 4A Catholic High School, leading them to 3 winning seasons after taking over a program that had just 1 win. Aside from being an outstanding coach, Matt is a person of integrity and character. He and his wife have 3 children."
