CIML Jamboree

I see the Kiwanis are not putting on the Jamboree for the CIML teams this year. Has anyone heard if there is going to be any type of similar event for these teams

It appears that the Hall of Pride Scrimmages have taken the place of the jamborees. Teams can now play one full game if they do a service project and get clearance from the IHSAA. Not much to be gained from only scrimmaging for a half...but it sucks for the casual basketball fan that would like to get a preview of many teams at one event.

Waterloo/CF metro had its jamboree still. Girls yesterday and boys today. Cedar Falls definitely will be tough but you can tell some are still working out of the football mode.

Waterloo West looked good again.

Columbus is likely in for a rough season.

Waterloo East will struggle with big teams or smart guards. They will romp teams with weak guard play.

Don Bosco looks like they will be a force in 1A.
