I doubt anyone on this board wanted direct American involvement. That said, we're the only country with the firepower to take out those sites conventionally. If it forces Iran to the table, then it was the right move.

I’m mostly an isolationist by nature, but I recognize that that isn’t always an option. When it isn’t an option, I’m American lives first in any scenario. Strategic strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites is something I can easily justify/support. If it morphs into some outside regime change/nation building bullschitt like anywhere else in the Middle East where we’ve failed fantastically, then I don’t support it in the least because Americans will die for a culture that mostly hates them anyhow. If we had been willing to actually fight the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan correctly, instead of politically correct, so many American lives could’ve been saved. IDGAF about how many more Iraqi or Afghani lives would’ve been lost.
