Schools are starting to adjust and they're paying the players they want to keep. The one's that they aren't as sold on, they try to keep as a bargain or they are willing to let them go. I think that's what happened with Beck and I know for sure it's happened with SOME of our outgoing players.

Oddly enough, Athens now has a new arena and a minor league hockey team. Been to several so far, and they are a blast. Thinking about season tickets for next year.

They’ve got bigger problems than losing an above average QB that never won a big game. The talent disparity is rapidly shrinking now that they and alabama are unable to hoard elite players for 4 seasons and everyone can openly pay players.
The funny thing is they’ve always accused Auburn of paying players in spite of the fact that we never got a #1 class.

Minor league hockey is a blast. Mobile used to have a team many moons ago, and I never missed a home game. NHL games are great, too.
Try to go see a Rangers-Flyers game. There's almost as much action in the crowd as the ice.
