Really interested to hear thoughts. I know a lot of teams had unusual years last year but a lot of uncertainties outside of the top few teams.

1. SEP (duh)
2. PV
3. Ankeny ( has talent back plus Kohl transfer at QB)
4. Dowling (coaching staff too good to sleep on)
5. Prairie (seems to have a good amount back)
6. Centennial (lot of young guys played last year)
7. Urbandale (lost a few studs but still has a lot of talent)
8. Waterloo West (tough defense)
9. Valley
10. CF
(Last two I’m going strictly off of them typically having strong teams).
HM- Johnston, Ames, Bettendorf

Prairie looked good against the scrimmage vs Xavier last Friday. They are big and fast.

Yeah I’d expect Prairie will be in the thick of things late in the season. We’ll have some idea on Friday, they host a very good PV team.
SEP has to be favorite

From the East, PV is the pick, Bett is down, Dav North is improving…that’s about it. If North Scott were in 5A they’d likely be in top 10
