The fact that Trump was charged with any and every “crime” they could conjure up and insurrection wasn’t one of them “should be” enough proof that he was not responsible for anything that happened that day. The fact is - and it will come out very soon - this insurrection was an FBI influenced ruse. @Konigstiger should be embarrassed.

It's not like he said anything like, "They will not stop. They should not stop" while referring to actual ongoing riots. Because a person who said something like that would actually be guilty of incitement...especially if she was also helping to bail rioters out of jail in real time.

Federal white collar prison so it won't be all that bad, as prisons go. She'll end up somewhere in Kentucky, Colorado or Kansas imo. On the downside, there's no Federal probation so she will do at LEAST 80% of her time, probably more.
