Zach Shay new coach at Burlington

Lets hope he can make the Burlington program respectable. They have been a sort if a joke lately. There was always to much nepotism in program. At least that is the way it seemed since the kast two coaches. Now they just need a basketball coach

The program definitely needs an infusion of some new blood. He will definitely have his
work cut out for him. Need to start from lower levels on up with rebuild.

Looks like a great hire..... Football however, has a ton of moving parts that need maintained. One man obviously has a significant impact on winning and losing but.... Only as good as assistant coaches, commitment to player development and marketing from youth to JH to HS...... All of this equates to an admin that must have his back when the change is resisted. It appears they do.....for now. Good luck Greyhounds.
