I'm now in the know but how did Van Meter get to play in Florida? Are they a 1A favorite as well?

I believe that a group of dads takes them over spring break to play a bunch of games. It is not school affiliated. Also they will be 2A this summer.

Interesting. They should have their way in 2A then shouldn't they?

North Polk will be solid once again. Those two teams met up a couple years ago in districts and North Polk won. Roland-Story, who plays Van Meter in the regular season is also pretty good. Beckman and Kuemper will also be very tough. Ogden, who is also in the WCAC will be pretty good. VAn Meter has ability to make a solid run, but will not have their way.
