back to 16 playoff qualifers

I don`t understand why it is so difficult don`t have head to head
to choose top spot ties then go back to points for second when
you have a 3 way tie just go with the points system all the way
and the top 2 make it to playoffs then if there is a tie go to
head to head for those 2
