On the coach's birthday on Thursday, the Governor of Iowa declared the day to be "Dan Gable Day." Over 200 friends, family, coaches, wrestlers and elected officials gathered at the Dan Gable International Wrestling Museum in Waterloo, IA to celebrate the wrestler, coach and inspiration to the wrestling community.
