The only surprising score I see was Muscatine losing at home in the first round.

I was not surprised that Kennedy won that game. They have had the toughest 4A schedule on the east side. Muscatine barely got past a 2-7 City High team the weak before. Most people in CR called that one.

I agree with this. Looking at Monday night's games, Kennedy played every team playing except Bettendorf (who they play tomorrow). The only team they played that was on a completely different level was Wash. That said the surprise was that they found a way to win in a season where they kept finding a way to lose.

If Wash loses before the finals to anyone from this side of the state, that will be the biggest upset. I haven't seen much from the West, but personnel wise they won't take a backseat to anyone. There is no receiver faster than their secondary, and they have D1 guys in the box.
