Is it just me/1st week rust/rain etc... or were there a lot of hum drum games that should have produced more offensive production on the scoreboard? It looks like the top 4 could separate themselves pretty quick and be hard to catch. WDM Dowling, Waukee, Bettendorf and another that will have to rise up over the next few weeks. Linn Mar scored a lot of points on Prairie but I don't know how good they are this year. My question would be: Who will be the most improved over the next couple months? Johnston, Ankeny Centennial, North Scott, Marshalltown????

Went to the IC West/CR Kennedy game tonight and was surprised at the amount of mistakes and overall confusion of the west high offense. They could never get into a rhythm with their offense. They had back to back bad snaps over the punters head. The line didn't give their QB any time and didn't open many holes for the backs. Their schedule is a tough one and won't win many games playing like the did tonight. Thought the wr Oliver Martin played well . They gotta get the line problems straightened out to be competitive in their district
