They both don’t seem to know their markets. I’ve spoken with countless FB fans after the “Swifty” game, and to a person they were appalled by the not only the play by play coverage (acting like adolescent girls) but the blatant pro-Chiefs officiating.
 
I don’t think it’s a bad business move. It’s annoying as hell, but the Chiefs aren’t going to lose fans over it, and they’ll pick up viewership from all the girls that want to catch a glimpse of Taylor Swift watching her boyfriend play football.

Not only that but who thinks the NFL cares a bit about promoting Taylor Swift. They are promoting the NFL by showing pictures of Swift at the games, not Swift. Exactly as Pops said.
