Their RPI ranking won't change. If they're the highest-rated at-large, they'll still have the opportunity to host. Their bracket placement might depend on the RPI of the 7 champs, and geography.

Last year it just happened that the 7 district champs were also the top 7 in RPI.
 
Roosevelt loses last 2 and I think they will be right on the cut line. They will struggle to get in with their poor Opponents W-L record. I think only SC East would have a worse mark in that catagory.
