I'll be interested in WL v BH-RV, Regina v PC especially. West Sioux and Sioux Center should also be interesting. Tough matchup for Western Christian. Williamsburg who was highly regarded entering the season could end up 0-3 with Regina looming. Didn't see that coming.

Panorama @ I-35 - Other than it being two 2-0's not much interest to me (Unless I-35 comes up big and PC crashes)

Pekin (Class A) @ Mediapolis - Must win big for Mepo if they want to be taken seriously.

South Central Calhoun @ IKM-Manning - Not much interest -SCC needs it to stay in the conversation.

South Hamilton @ Woodward-Granger - No interest whatsoever - Can someone tell me why I should?

West Lyon @ BH-RV - West Lyon didn't get much respect pre-season. Even a close game with this 2A power will be meaningful.

Others
Pella Christan (1-1) vs. Regina (1-1) - The equivalent of the pre-season championship. Now that they each have a loss, each needs a win, but neither can afford injuries with District play around the corner. Both could use the RPI points to add comfort to the District schedule.

Sumner-Fredricksburg (2-0) @ NFV (0-2) (NFV losses are both against high-quality opponents.) - Neh - NFV used to be somebody, not sure anything in this game will prove much.

Williamsburg (0-2) @ West Branch (2-0) (Williamsburg is 2017 Class 2A runner-up.) - Very big for both. W'burg can't go down to 0-3. WB has a point to make. They've scored well and been strong on defense. I big win here could make them hard to ignore for no. 1.

Western Christian (1-1) @ Heelan (2-0) - WC sliding under the radar so far. A win would catapult them into the spotlight.

West Sioux (1-1) @ Sioux Center (1-1) W. Sioux needs it to show they have made the transition up a class.

This game has been interesting the past couple of years. I expect this to be another good one.

What is everyone thinking about the results of the Pella Christian and Regina game tomorrow? I think it will depend in the health of PC, and how much their offense can move the ball, (think Triemer and a lot of passing to Jayden Huisman). Regina doesn't have the RB size that Van Meter did, but Regina's offensive line will be big and fast.

We will also see if PC's kicking game is up to par. Nathan DeBruin is perfect so far and had a 37 yard kick vs Oskaloosa.

As previously stated, I will take Regina 31-27. Big stop and score late gets it done.

No score prediction from me. I can see this being a higher scoring toss-up as others have alluded to. I can also see it being lopsided if either team really gets rolling/capitalizes big on mistakes or opportunities. But it should be a fun game to watch.

In a completely unrelated matter, it's interesting that Quickstats doesn't collect blocked punts/kicks....
