For 3A I'll go with the rankings that Luke posted on Sunday. Pretty close to right on. The newspaper rankings are still heavily influenced by the editors/reporters who cover teams in their area, and also rely on word-of-mouth. Usually get more reliable as the season marches on. I used to vote so I know that votes can be sometimes pretty hit or miss, especially early. I do think everybody does try their best though. And not always does the best team win a game. Usually, but sometimes really crazy things happen.
