I couldn’t believe he hired Bill O’Brien as OC. The Texans had a bunch of super stars and were making the playoffs and were close to being a super bowl team and he turned them into a pile of trash. Traded off and run off his top players. From an LSU point of view I loved that hire by AL.

He's fine and a known quantity. But you have to be able to take the top off with a few others to create lanes (see UT prior to 11/05/2022). We don't have that.
