anyone see this being the top game of the week in Week 4 (at least in central iowa)? Johnston beat then-second ranked centennial and has climbed up to no 4 in the rankings. In there twenty seasons in Class 4A, this might be there best team yet.
Valley on the other hand had trouble moving the ball against Dowling and shot themselves in the foot by going three and out in there own territory and thereby giving Dowling a shorter field. Of course Dowling is looking really good this year so it may not be a strike against them. Valley did defeat Johnston by a last minute FG in the 2015 playoffs so its conceivable that Johnston can win. But facing Valley at Valley with something to prove is probably going to make it more difficult.
I'd guess Valley wins in the ballpark of 28-21.
