Do they still track unemployment using the same metric as in the past?

Historically anything under 5% was pretty good. But I understand they are excluding some unemployed so the actual % is higher. I know there are sectors that are hurting right now so 4.1% sounds like BS - I would guess more like 7% or so.

He will tell us 4% is great. And it is if it’s calculated the same way as the past.

The gubbermint has been lying since the first Obama administration
