The Jamaal Jarrett thing certainly didn’t look like something that would/should be prosecuted, but it’s definitely something that most schools would discontinue pursuit of that particular recruit over. AJC certainly seems out for blood though.
They also hired a coach that molested students and now have one that kills kids.
They lost 2 yuge commitments this month, so it looks like some people are starting to catch on.

An ex player was charged with murder. The other guy who was charged was just the ex players friend since childhood.

Miles was formerly a basketball player at UA. He was kicked off the team and out of the university following these charges.

I thought I read somewhere that the one of them not a player this year had been associated with AL in some capacity. But i will always find it hard to believe that the big time player who waited in the car with several other people did not know they had a gun and were going to confront some people in another car.

Well, curiously no one speaks to the point I always make. The dude knew something bad could happen, he didn’t try to stop it and waited on his friends or friend to do their act. Nobody denies that which at least Nick Saban and I thought was stupid. He also said he didn’t know the gun was in the car when he went down there, but again that’s only his word on that. Nobody ever brought a gun into my car or left it and I didn’t know about it.

I conceal carry all the time when I'm off duty. If you gave me a ride somewhere, I promise you that you would never know unless I told you.
I'm not a shitty friend so I'd never leave my gun in your car without your knowledge but again, if something like this ever happened, but you were unaware of it, you'd never know it happened.

This dude who stayed in the car knew the confrontation was fixing to happen he but he stuck around. What was his excuse for staying there?
That fact was accurate and not shaky. He stayed there and knew they were going to confrontation.
