Not in that rinky-dink outfit Duds is in. They’re told to arrest old people with money only. Those crack hoes cost more to jail than their fines cover.
Correct, conspiracy to commit is a possibility on the drug purchase. It's not super solid but certainly doable.
Not much there on the admission of hooring tho.
We're definitely a small agency but we punch above our weight on the drug front. Those hoes be working for us.
So - a person can indeed be prosecuted for planning a crime but failing to succeed. I’m asking for a friend.

How about the two WH counsel and two AGs who all testified against him , Meadows , Eastman -under oath ( that he was advised against those actions multiple times) …. do they know the federal laws?
