the top 5 teams all on the west side & 3 in the same district

I have said it all year, the top 5 teams in the state:
Dowling
Valley
Johnston
Lewis Central
Waukee

#3 of the top 5 teams were stuck in the same district. IMO the top team on the east would finish no higher then 7th on the west side,
