The most impressive win of week two was.....

South Winn hammered Wapsie Valley pretty good. South Winn looking pretty tough through two weeks.

I agree on South Winn. They're rolling right now.

Pekin with a big win over Sigourney-Keota, 45-14.

I also continue to be impressed by Madrid. They won big tonight as well over Woodward-Granger, 52-16. I was expecting W-G's defense to be a little bit better, but Madrid has been putting up some good numbers offensively since about midway through last season and they've got a lot of non-seniors contributing to their success right now.

Pekin over SK

even if Pekin is A. They are going to be tough to beat.

Honorable Mention:

- Regina over Cascade
- WB over WL (WB scored 28 points in 5 min and 45 sec)

That is probably the most uneducated thing I've read on this board this season.

Granted..Wapsie Valley may not be as strong as usual this year...they still play in Class A.
Please define 'not very good" in the context that you meant.

I realize that when you win 5 State Championships and make the State playoffs 90%
of the past 25 years...you are held to higher standards but to proclaim them as "not very good"
is not only short sided but downright laughable and completely destroys any of your credibility.

I also realize this years team has nothing to do with the very rich tradition at Wapsie Valley
But like I said...they are now in Class A.
They are in the toughest district of Class A but they will still make the State playoffs.Just like every
year.

Rocket98 has lost any credibility he may have had by this post.
