Do you want to play football in college?
“Definitely. No question.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Yeah, there has been a little bit. I get emails from Simpson and some other smaller schools like Grand View. There are some other ones.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“Just a few weeks ago, I went to Colorado for one of their games. I went to a camp and have been in contact with one of their coaches to get recruiting passes.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“It is Colorado and also Iowa State.”

Do you want to play football in college?
“Yes, very much so.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Not too much. Me and some of my teammates went to an Iowa State basketball game. Obviously, the football coaches showed us around. I talked to Iowa and Iowa State but it is nothing too serious at all.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“No, I haven’t had any game day visits.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“With my dad played at Iowa, I always really looked up to them with their football team and school. It is really any Iowa college with Iowa State, UNI, Iowa, and Drake. It is any of those really.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Southwest Minnesota State is showing the most interest. I went on a visit there a couple weeks ago to check out things and they are most interested Division II wise. Simpson is showing interest for both basketball and football. I am not worried about that. It will come with time.”
Do you have a sporting preference?
“I would say I am getting the most interest and have the best chance in football. That is probably where I would be leaning right now. I am still hoping to see more for basketball but it depends on how the year goes.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say Southwest Minnesota State. Their coaches reach out to me probably one or two times a week to see how I’m doing and ask about my games.
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“The only one I’ve taken has been to Southwest Minnesota State. I don’t have anything planned for the future.”

Why did you end up committing to South Dakota State?
“I really enjoyed the coaching staff when I was up there. I clicked with them right away, especially with the offensive line coach. I really like him and get along with him. It is fairly close to home and I got a good vibe from the whole atmosphere. I am really excited to be a part of it.”
What colleges are still recruiting you?
“North Dakota State and kind of UNI but mostly it is North Dakota State.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“I went to South Dakota vs. Drake and I am planning on a couple more.”
What is the hardest part about recruiting?
“It is just listening to what all of them have to say. There is a lot of differences between programs and I got to hear about all of them. It was a process but I am happy with the decision I made.”

“I believe I want to. I’ve been contacted by some coaches like Clarke University. They are talking to me quite a bit. There is Wartburg and some other different schools in Illinois.”

“To be honest, I have not been recruiting all that hard so far.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“Nope, I haven’t gotten around with that. I am playing on a fall baseball team also.”
