“No colleges have been recruiting me for football.”

“I plan to this spring when I have some free time.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was Iowa.”

Why did you end up picking Iowa?
“I choose Iowa because I had formed a great relationship with the coaches over the last year and had always dreamed of playing for my state.”
What other schools did you consider?
“I was considering many schools. My final three were Iowa, Nebraska, and TCU. I visited all three this fall.”
What was different about Iowa?
“The difference about Iowa was the fact that I would be representing my home state and I want to show the country that northern schools can compete at the college level. Our 2021 class committed to Iowa all has the same mentality.”
What do you feel you have done to stand out among your peers as an athlete?
“I feel my work ethic has separated me these past 2-3 years, and at the same time, I have much more to continue to improve and that excites me.”

“I've gotten emails from a few different schools, but they seem like ones that are sent to anyone.”

“I haven't really thought of that since I'm only a sophomore.”

“Yes, I'm a big Iowa State fan.”

“Yes, I want to play college at the highest level possible.”

“Right now, just finishing my sophomore year I haven't gotten a lot of attention from colleges. There are a lot of D3 letters, but nothing serious.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“No.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“The University of Iowa.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I'm not quite decided if I truly want to or not. I have gotten many letters for both football and throwing in track and field. Ultimately, it will come down to what I feel is the best option for my future.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Colleges like Coe, Central, Simpson, Macalester, William Penn, and Wisconsin Platteville have been sending me letters. Iowa State and UNI have shown a little bit of interest as well.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I don't know if I could say one is trying harder than another.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I visited Iowa State last March, and have been invited to visit UNI. I have also visited Central College.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I haven't made too many plans as of yet, but I intend on doing so.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I always loved Iowa State growing up.”
