Woodbine going from forfeit to beating River Valley 46-8 is crazy. RV isn't a playoff team but not being able to field a team because of injuries then getting it done the next week by a wide margin even against a lower-tier team is a big deal.
Tripoli beating Riceville is going to make for an interesting fight for the 3 seed in District 3. NI beat Tripoli. Tripoli beat Riceville. Wouldn't be surprised if Riceville beat NI down the road.
Other General Thoughts
Janesville will win the district and NK will be 2nd. Without Yezek NK won't be able to get Janesville and the passing game for Janesville will be too much.
District 2-Will WBM be 1-4 after this week when they play HLP? And they still have MMC week 9. WBM ends up the 3 seed and (3-5) overall, that would be crazy from where they started in most peoples rankings. Goes to show you what a QB means.
