Can I ask why you'd put undefeated champions in second?

I had them #1 for the majority of the season but when they survived Exira/EHK and MMC playing more dominate I switched them. Newell-Fonda has had a great season but definitely have had some luck on their side.

Question MMC had a close game last night so why are they first? There are other teams that have dominated better than MMC.

Valid point but I thought they did enough last night against a good West Bend-Mallard team. Also caliber of opponents does come into play as well. It is really opinion when it comes to polls and who is #1. MMC, Don Bosco, Newell-Fonda, Glidden-Ralston, Janesville, and Central Elkader could all make points of why they could be #1. I just feel MMC with their record and the opponents they have beat (I think they are in the toughest district) gives them the #1 spot. It should be a very good post season. I hope the state can figure out a way to get 4 of those top 6 to the dome and all 6 in the final 8, that is if no one gets upset.

I just want to see Glidden at least get to the dome. They've been close the past 4 years, but haven't quite pulled it off. Id like to see Glidden to go all the way.
