I know that Pella Christian is the 8 seed due to being 16-9, but I would be none to excited to play them if I were Dike-NH. PC's whole schedule was of 3A and 4A teams. They have rolled through the district and finished the regular season very strong before post-season play. They hit a rut mid-year but have seemed to work through that. Should be a good game but I would not be surprised if Pella Christian pulled this one out.

Can someone explain how Dike-NH got assigned the same 3 officials to do all 3 of their tournament games? Just ridiculous the state did that. These officials allowed Dike players to hand check, travel and ride players and no calls were made.

It will be interesting to see how the officials call the Dike/PC game. If they call it close, which Dike isn't used to then they could be in trouble. If they let them play, advantage Dike.

Congrats to the Bears....a hard fought game between two well coached teams. I thought Danville's guard play was outstanding between Lorber and Sanchez. Kolton Jackson looked like he shook the rust off tonight.

Tied at halftime.
For 2nd game in a row, Jesse Jansma gets red hot & Western goes up by 21.
SC had an amazing 4th quarter. 5 loooong contested 3's to get within 6.
Too big a hole to dig out of & Western made FT's

That was a heck of a night of basketball. Great fan support on both sides. I agree.....the difference maker was Danville guards playing better than EV's guards, both ends of the court. If Danville's big guys can get on board, they will be hard to beat.

Ah yes the hip ride which is now legal according to all the officials at the games I've been to this year.
