Great article and great story. I love to see teams step forward that traditionally haven't done so well. Is so hard to change a culture and when that is done, is awesome. Obviously, one year doesn't change a culture, but it has to start somewhere. Seasoned, hall of fame coaches bring instant credibility, which helps so much. I hope that they can continue this success. Good for Coach Rudy to embrace his father's legacy and talent instead of just trying to trump it.
