State releasing "district schedules" on Feb 26

According to the ihsaa_iowa on Twitter, they will release "district schedules" on February 26th.



I had replied to their tweet asking if it would include out-of-district but they haven't replied.

If that's the case, why just district schedules?

I would assume it would be the full schedule otherwise the district schedules could have been released earlier. It doesn't take much to get those set since you just have to pair up the teams in the individual districts and not worry about crossovers and stuff like that.
