3. Williamsburg - they reload consistently
4. ELC - return talented skill positions
5. West Marshall - return a ton of talent
6. West Lyon - always reload
7. Waukon - lose a ton of talent but always reload
8. NFV - return several solid skill players after bounce back season
9. New Hampton - always are around a 9-10 team
10. Monticello - should dominate their district
Others: Southeast valley, unity christian, oelwein, spirit lake, wahlert

I believe Osage returns most of their team and they won their 2A district last year. I'd put them somewhere 6-10.
