They found his car next to a boat ramp so he’s out there like I said he was. Lock and load, buddy.
Anyone's guess but public boat ramps are popular places to dump vehicles. Bad guys believe that the vehicles will sit there for a while before they're discovered. That's probably true in many places.
It's probably more likely that he had another vehicle there waiting or stole one from the area than it is that he got onto a boat.

That’s his territory. If he left the bowling alley and went straight to a boat and took off to another town before all the news broke he could’ve easily mixed in long enough to get into his next mode of transportation.
