This is a great game to kick off the semi-finals and is also a rematch of last year’s championship.
Newell-Fonda has been on a roll this post-season after some close calls in the regular season. They boast a very physical team, they can pound it on the ground with Wise who has had a very nice season. Unfortunately the injury bug has hit them of late and it looks to have some game time decisions. The Mustangs also have a defense that been able to make big plays all year when they need to.
Don Bosco is coming into this semi-final game with revenge on their mind as they would like to prove last year’s outcome should not have happened. Don Bosco led by Mangrich on the ground and Bagby making key passes have been dominating teams all year. A team that has speed and play physical has a lot of depth and that has allowed them to pull away in the 2nd halves all year.

The second match-up could be as good or better than the first as it is another rematch from last year.
MMC has been dominating teams all year with their physical play and athletic ability. With moving Specht to quarterback it has made their run game even stronger when you add him with Erdmann. A team that can punish you on the ground but can also make the big yardage play when needed. Also have a physical and fast defense that have shut down offenses most of the year or when the big moment occurs.
Glidden-Ralston has also had their way with teams all year and have been driven to get this rematch.. Glidden-Ralston boast a big and physical line that has dictated the trenches all year. Brown has been putting up big numbers all post-season on the ground and receiving and Christian has been very efficient in the air. A defense that is made up of speed, that has made all the plays when they have needed to be made.
