Coaches, Coaches, Coaches, not one comment about player execution. Maybe this years (Heelan) team was as good as their record! It doesn't matter what they did the last 2-3 years, if you don't get any better from the time you are a freshman/sophomore the other teams will pass you up. Definitely have some coaching issues, but not 100% at fault. Seen it too many times to completely blame coaches.
